Sockpuppet notice
[edit]I did not put this notice on your user page, but you are not allowed to remove it for ten days, see Wikipedia:Sock puppetry/Notes for the suspect. Therefore I will continue to restore it. The link provided explains how to respond to the notice. Thanks! :-) -999 (Talk) 21:24, 5 September 2006 (UTC)
I see you are new
[edit]And I am wondering why you do not respond to talk page messages. Let me try to explain a few things. Some other user thinks that you are a sockpuppet (click link for explanation) of a user known for using them. They have filed a report on this. Part of the process is to tag your user page. This is not vandalism, but a normal everyday process on Wikipedia. However, according to the process, you should not remove the notice for ten days.
Another rule on Wikipedia is that you can be blocked if you revert a page more than 3 times in 24 hours. The rule is called 3RR and you have just broken it. Since you are new, I am trying to explain this to you rather than file a complaint and have you blocked. According to the rule, if you didn't know about it, all you have to do is undo your last revert (i.e. put the tag back on your page as required) and you will not be blocked for it.
Hope this helps. You can simply click on the talk link to respond to me directly, rather than complaining on the village pump. -999 (Talk) 21:56, 5 September 2006 (UTC)
999 - Please provide me with evidence that I am a sockpuppet - None of the links you sent me demonstrate anything
[edit]Show me the evidence. Cheers! BlackHak 10:46, 6 September 2006 (UTC)
- I don't think that 999 accuse you for anything, but you can take a look at the evidence. Take a look at this page Wikipedia:Suspected_sock_puppets/Mattisse where you see the accusation. There you can also see the evidence. It is on that page you should dispute the accusation under the comments heading. Good luck with disputing the accusation (if you really aren't a sockpuppet ;)). Proposed deletion of Digging for Gold
[edit]The article Digging for Gold has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Richhoncho (talk) 10:07, 19 May 2016 (UTC)
