Request reason:
I'm really, really confused on how I was posting under a anonymous IP. I'm not trying to be snarky, I really don't know. My knowledge base is more practical than internet technical. I use AdBlockPlus, which I turned off and refreshed before posting/editing. I'm on Mozilla Firefox and a home internet router thingy. I'm not even sure my roommates have accounts on Wikipedia and if I have any other account, it should have warned me when I signed up with the email address I used since I've had it for over 10yrs and use it for 95% of account sign ups. It is not my intention to get around, or even attempt to get around, any kind of protocols like that that Wikipedia uses. The only thing I can think of that actually happened was someone thought I was some idiot getting their kicks by editing in stupid rando things. As far as I know, I only edited things that could be verified or clarified to Wikipedia's NPOV stance and even then, I left chunks alone. (I am/was still learning the editor version of the site, and that includes learning to read the site.) If it was the case of specifically my edits and not where my edits came from, there is a problem that needs to be address by people who do the blocking. If I need to be clear, "vandalism" (and since that google query also included "sockpuppet") is not my objective by creating an account.
TL;DR I feel my blocking is unjustified. I have no idea how it would be possible to edit/post from multiple IP's or anonymous IP's as I don't even know how it's done. If there are steps that I can reasonably take to make sure that I am not doing this in the future, I am willing to try. BheanSith (talk) 9:56 pm, Today (UTC−7)

Per the below, giving benefit of the doubt in this situation. Please read the "Welcome!" section below for useful advice about getting started. The Wikipedia Adventure is a great interactive tutorial (and is not linked below, which is why I am mentioning it here). Oshwah has already unblocked you, so you should be able to now edit. Welcome!
[edit]Hello, BheanSith, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, your edit to Sad Puppies does not conform to Wikipedia's Neutral Point of View policy (NPOV). Wikipedia articles should refer only to facts and interpretations that have been stated in print or on reputable websites or other forms of media.
There's a page about the NPOV policy that has tips on how to effectively write about disparate points of view without compromising the NPOV status of the article as a whole. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the Questions page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, to ask for help on your talk page, and a volunteer should respond shortly. Below are a few other good links for newcomers:

[edit]Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. You appear to be repeatedly reverting or undoing other editors' contributions at Sad Puppies. Although this may seem necessary to protect your preferred version of a page, on Wikipedia this is known as "edit warring" and is usually seen as obstructing the normal editing process, as it often creates animosity between editors. Instead of reverting, please discuss the situation with the editor(s) involved and try to reach a consensus on the talk page.
If editors continue to revert to their preferred version they are likely to be blocked from editing Wikipedia. This isn't done to punish an editor, but to prevent the disruption caused by edit warring. In particular, editors should be aware of the three-revert rule, which says that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Edit warring on Wikipedia is not acceptable in any amount, and violating the three-revert rule is very likely to lead to a block. Thank you. GirthSummit (blether) 02:54, 3 August 2019 (UTC)
Your message
[edit]Hi BheanSith! I received your email message with a request for an explanation of the block I imposed upon your account. Looking at the Sad Puppies article, you were editing under the anonymous IP user 64.184.95.185 (and possibly other IP users as well). You were blocked for vandalism while you were editing under this IP. Blocks apply to people, not to just users or accounts. When you used this account to continue editing the article, you violated Wikipedia's policy on block evasion; hence, this account was blocked in order to enforce the original block applied to you. If you have objections or wish to appeal, please read Wikipedia's guide to appealing blocks, and follow the instructions to request an unblock of your account. I apologize that an explanation and notice wasn't left here after the block was imposed, and I hope that this message and response helped to explain the reason behind the block. Best regards - ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 04:21, 3 August 2019 (UTC)
