What you submitted was mostly her CV.

Sources included: her employer. Her alma mater. The organization where she's on the board. All places that stand to benefit from her having a greater reputation. Not strictly "independent", in that case. Okay for facts, not for notability.

There's also a list of a bunch of awards. They're not all entirely legitimate awards, I should point out — "best" and "top", for instance, are largely award mills. Some of the others might be okay, if you have sources for them. Do you? If you do, good! If you don't...

At this point, you might ask about the Wikipedia articles on Drs. X, Y, and Z, which misled you as to what was acceptable for an article on Dr. BE. "Why haven't those been removed", you might ask. Because there are more people adding articles than there are filtering them for acceptability, is why. If you can point out the inappropriate articles, we'll do what we can to remove them so that they won't mislead new editors as to what's acceptable. Okay?
