- Hi, I dream of horses, do you think this will work as an intro section? Sorry to bother you with this, but I don't want to wait another two months only to have the draft declined again, especially because the article is of special interest while the season is still ongoing (i.e. the next five weeks). It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
