This has potential, but the bulk of any article should come from independent sources, not the FAO. The draft's only independent source is a single paragraph in Boys' Life. For now, I recommend merging 2-3 paragraphs about the program and coins from here into Food and Agriculture Organization. There was a proposal in 2006 to add coin info to that article, but all that's there now is one image. When you have more time, try to find independent sources. WP:TWL may be able to help. The amount online from the relevant period may be limited, so you may have to visit a large library, such as at a major research university, to find substantial coverage. If you find independent sources, a stand alone article can be reconsidered.
