This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.
You have shown interest in Eastern Europe or the Balkans. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.
For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.

- Don't worry, that is a standard message any editor who starts editing topics that are covered by Discretionary sanctions may get. Although that does not mean any assumption of bad faith, please, keep in mind that the user who placed that template at your talk page can report you at WP:AE if you will be violating Wikipedia policy, and that may inflict much more severe sanctions on you that usually. By the way, the user who placed that template on your page is also considered as duly warned. That means you can report his possible misbehaviour at WP:AE. Gas van article is under discretionary sanctions per WP:ARBEE.
- Anyway, welcome to Wikipedia :-) --Paul Siebert (talk) 03:57, 25 October 2019 (UTC)
- Thanks. Is using sources such as www.vho.org allowed on Wikipedia? They used it here: [1].I a Holocaust denial website allowed? Batbash (talk) 07:01, 25 October 2019 (UTC)

Request reason:
How did I evade block if I wasn't blocked to begin with? I tried creating account and editing Wikipedia after discussion on Holocaust denial on Wikipedia for panel at planned conference. We had some back and forth on what to include. I wanted to form my own impression of historical falsification on Wikipedia. I tried to improve Wikipedia, I removed false data on Soviet crimes. Soviets committed crimes, Wikipedia should show this. Wikpedia should not show false data sources do not tell. If unblocked, I will try to improve accuracy here. Decline reason:
It somewhat pains me to decline this unblock request, because it seems to me that sometimes you have been more reasonable than those you have disagreed with. However, I do not believe that an administrator's personal opinions should take preference over attempting to apply Wikipedia policy impartially. An extensive examination of the relevant editing history leaves me with little room for doubt that this account was created in order to evade a block on another account. If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
