I agree with the original decline, unfortunately. It needs more significant coverage in reliable sources to establish notability: there's very little about him, specifically. For example, none of the sources in the article (inline or otherwise) back up the third paragraph, which covers much of his career. The fourth paragraph is much the same. I agree with the discussion on the noticeboard that it's a borderline case, and some more coverage - if it exists - could well get it over the line.

Dear ::@The Drover's Wife:, dear ::@Kb.au:, Thank you so much for your precious guidance. That first submission experience taught me a lot. But I'm kind of frustrated when I look at Jeff Watson's page (a personality that I mentioned in my submission), specifically on its references that are quite poor and contains one I used.
