Welcome to Wikipedia!

Welcome! My name is Cindamuse, and I'm an Online Ambassador. We are a group of experienced Wikipedians who offer assistance, support, and mentorship for newcomers. You don't need to read anything; you can just jump right in and try to improve Wikipedia. If you need help, you can talk with us right now, or you can leave me a message on my user talk page. Have fun! Cind.amuse (Cindy) 19:34, 15 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia from MTHarden

[edit]

Hi, BDrum. I welcome you to Wikipedia! Thank you for all of your edits. I hope you like editing here and being part of Wikipedia! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); when you save the page, this will turn into your name and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or put {{helpme}} (and what you need help with) on your talk page and someone will show up very soon to answer your questions. Again, welcome! MTHarden (talk) 18:27, 25 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Week 3

[edit]

I found your comments on Talk:Audience effect even though you didn't list them under your assignments on your user page. I'm not sure how helpful your comments would be to someone trying to improve the article though. I was pleased to see that you signed your comments correctly. Your actual score will be posted on Moodle. --MTHarden (talk) 01:26, 19 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome and thank you for experimenting with Wikipedia. Your test on the page Aggressionism worked, and it has been reverted or removed. If you would like to experiment further, please use the sandbox instead. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you.  -- WikHead (talk) 19:53, 7 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Help

[edit]

(I'm not sure if I'm editing anything right in my assignments for psychology class)— Preceding unsigned comment added by BDrum (talkcontribs)

Perhaps you'd like a mentor or to be adopted? I could find someone for you. Just a note, we generally put discussion about articles on their "talk page" instead of the article themselves. You can find the talk page by clicking "Discussion" at the top of the article.--v/r - TP 21:23, 7 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Mentorship

[edit]

Hi BDrum. I see you might be considering mentorship. I'm actually an online ambassador, and have helped a number of students in my time on wikipedia. If there's anything I can do to help, feel free to leave a message here, or at my talk page. I'd be happy to talk to you about your goals regarding editing, the general dos and don'ts, anything like that. Just let me know if you need anything. Article

[edit]

Hi Brittany. My name is Demetria Moreland, but you can call me Demi. I am going to be working on the Deaf hearing article with you. I was going to ask where we should do our draft at, but I figured we should wait to see if someone else is going to join the article first. I hope you have a great day.
