Hi there,
This is the third time you have submitted the article, I think you're confused about the review process. The reason the article was declined is given in the grey section in the middle of the pink box on the article. These reasons are standard texts, true, but they also provide links to help pages on fixing up your article.
The article has been declined because you have provided no sources. All articles need sources. In your helpdesk query you state that the facts are verifyable, but in order for an article to be passed you need to do the verifying by linking to sources.
It may be that you just want to suggest that wikipedia has an article about this person, in which case going to requested articles may be better. Rankersbo (talk) 09:38, 3 August 2014 (UTC)

Your draft article, Draft:Kent Murdock Lloyd
[edit]Hello AxelForrester. It has been over six months since you last edited your WP:AFC draft article submission, entitled "Kent Murdock Lloyd".
The page will shortly be deleted. If you plan on editing the page to address the issues raised when it was declined and resubmit it, simply {{db-afc}}
or {{db-g13}}
code. Please note that Articles for Creation is not for indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace.
If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you want to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by one of two methods (don't do both): 1) follow the instructions at WP:REFUND/G13, or 2) copy this code: {{subst:Refund/G13|Draft:Kent Murdock Lloyd}}
, paste it in the edit box at this link, and click "Save page". An administrator will in most cases undelete the submission.
Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. HasteurBot (talk) 22:00, 21 March 2015 (UTC)
