To expand on that, the picture you uploaded doesn't say where you got it from, and it doesn't say what license it's under, and so I've tagged it as having no source. Wikipedia has a fairly strict fair use policy, and one of the biggest things is that for any fair use image (i.e. one that doesn't have a "free" license, and isn't in the public domain) it must be non-replacable, and for a photo of a living person (and, indeed, other cases) this includes the possibility of someone in the future taking another photo and freely licensing it. Feel free to ask me (or presumably SatyrTN) if you need help putting the right tags on the image. Confusing Manifestation(Say hi!) 22:56, 5 March 2008 (UTC)
