[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in John Junkins, disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Hey man im josh (talk) 15:14, 5 May 2022 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of Tracy Marander
[edit]Hello Austin Francis Beres Cobain,
I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Tracy Marander for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly indicate why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.
If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.
You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks!

She is the credited photographer of a famous rock band.
Please explain why this information shouldn't be available Austin Francis Beres Cobain (talk) 08:43, 21 May 2022 (UTC)
- Because if Wikipedia articles are to be written, you have to support them with citations to reliable sources, to show that the subject matter is notable. I suggest you begin reading Help:Getting started and go from there. Zaathras (talk) 13:36, 21 May 2022 (UTC)
Well I just picked one out of a long list of trustworthy sources that back up the Page for "Tracy Marander"

Rather than mark the Page for deletion, a simple addition of sources might be best for the encyclopedia Austin Francis Beres Cobain (talk) 14:00, 21 May 2022 (UTC)
- You can't just Google for "Tracy Marander" and slap in every news source that namedrops her. An article on a person is a biography, you have to find in-depth sources that are actually about her, and write based on that. Zaathras (talk) 14:06, 21 May 2022 (UTC)
She needs a page with a photo and an explanation. As it stands now, readers have to leave the encyclopedia to learn more. I'm sorry, I'm a passionate reader and I love Links within the encyclopedia for subjects that are mentioned. Austin Francis Beres Cobain (talk) 14:28, 21 May 2022 (UTC)
