Indeed it would. The bottom of the page for [1] has the text "© 2020 Celebrity Wiki" which is typically a sign that the content's creator is marking it as All Rights Reserved. This applies to any content online, with or without this text, unless there is an explicit declaration somewhere that states content is released under a more free license.

Wikipedia is a good example, as the bottom of every page has the text "Text is available under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike License 4.0; additional terms may apply.".

A list of licenses which are compatible with Wikipedia are listed at Wikipedia:FAQ/Copyright#Can I add something to Wikipedia that I got from somewhere else?. I would highly suggest reading Wikipedia:Copyrights from top to bottom if you are heavily interested in taking material verbatim from another location. If parts of that page confuse you, feel free to ask me a specific question about it or ask at the Wikipedia:Teahouse.

In terms of mentorship, what I can do is list myself as your mentor in the interface. Then you'll have an easy way to ask me questions at anytime. If you want a more involved mentorship, then I'm afraid I cannot give that to you. You may be able to find experienced editors with such time at Wikipedia:Adopt-a-user.
