Speedy deletion of Laurie Wisefield
[edit]A tag has been placed on Laurie Wisefield requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. TN‑X-Man 19:58, 20 October 2008 (UTC)
Proposed deletion of Ariadne Shaffer
[edit]The article Ariadne Shaffer has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- does not meet WP:ENTERTAINER
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}}
will stop the Proposed Deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The Speedy Deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and Articles for Deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. RadioFan (talk) 16:49, 3 August 2009 (UTC)

Well, it's possible someone else might have done it, but I did have to put it back in. Also there's an edit I did for Robin Trower, Caravan To Midnight that doesn't link properly to the album description. Maybe you know how to fix that for me.--Areyoureadyeddy (talk) 18:59, 1 March 2012 (UTC)
- User:SineBot identified the edits you made on my talk page.
- In this edit User:RadioKAOS fixed the link by changing it from Caravan To Midnight to Caravan to Midnight. GoingBatty (talk) 02:35, 4 March 2012 (UTC)
Thank you. Now I also added a 10cc track under the T section when I think it should actually be listed under a numbers section. I definitely don't know how to get that going. Maybe you do? --Areyoureadyeddy (talk) 10:52, 4 March 2012 (UTC)
- Done in this edit. GoingBatty (talk) 16:58, 4 March 2012 (UTC)
And thank you again. I didn't know that was what you had to do.--Areyoureadyeddy (talk) 18:20, 4 March 2012 (UTC)
Nantucket Sleighride
[edit]Hello. In the Nantucket Sleighride (album) article you put in the full names of Leslie West and Sue Palmer in one song ( 6."The Animal Trainer And The Toad") in the tracklistings instead of the usual "West/Palmer" credits notation. This style is inconsistent with the way the other names appear in the album songlist and the major full names are given in the next section of the article as pointed out to me under advisement by a Wikipedia administrator. So I've backed your change out again even though you put it back in again. Best. --- Wikiklrsc (talk) 23:11, 22 March 2012 (UTC)
The article has been further edited by a editor/admin colleague to include the name "Sue Palmer" below the tracklistings which should satisfy everyone. Best. --- Wikiklrsc (talk) 00:16, 23 March 2012 (UTC)
Actually, I was planning to put full names for all of it so the more obscure names could get the credit they deserve. --Areyoureadyeddy (talk) 15:37, 23 March 2012 (UTC)
Very good. I think it's okay as it stands. There's a kind of set format for composers in tracklistings but we've added a section in the article naming the co-composers who are not in the band. Best Wishes. --- (Bob) Wikiklrsc (talk) 18:09, 23 March 2012 (UTC)
List of rock instrumentals
[edit]I put a lot of effort into taking this list, with an utterly messy format and scattershot coverage of the subject, forward. Pardon me that I've pretty much been a Nazi about trying to keep it that way. Anyway, as to the release you refer to, could this perhaps have been a case of separate or separately-named releases in different countries? This release was the first reference to that track I could find when I searched his discography. The only reference I could find to the release you mentioned was a German import dated about a decade or so later. It could very well have been an alternate release to the aforementioned one, though. Since I'm not finding anything, however, you could perhaps point me in the direction of the sources I'm not finding at present.RadioKAOS (talk) 04:39, 5 April 2012 (UTC)
- I never did specifically answer something regarding JJ Cale. You linked to "The Definitive Collection." First off, this is a dab page. Someone else would have reverted the edit for that reason alone. Second, numerous compilations with distinct original names were later reissued by Universal under the name of one of their compilation series.
- As to Fleetwood Mac - "Jigsaw Puzzle Blues" was moved, not deleted. Since both sides of a single qualify for inclusion, they are listed as a single entry, as is the case elsewhere on the list. Also, there is an inclusion criteria for the list which becomes visible when you open the editor. It's not strictly for show. It states that if one part of a song is instrumental, to list that part. As such, "Oh Well Part 2" is a perfectly valid entry. In fact, I believe that you have made other contributions to this list under that same criteria.RadioKAOS (talk) 02:03, 8 May 2012 (UTC)
