- This is my first go at a Wikipedia page and I am completing it for someone. This is not intended to be an advertisement. I was attempting to model the page very close to a couple of other playwright pages (see Del Shores and Topher Payne). Am I supposed to format everything on the page (pictures, links, etc.)? I guess I thought that once the article is accepted then Wikipedia formats the page in a specific way. Your feedback is appreciated. AnnMitchell1964 (talk) 02:58, 24 October 2024 (UTC)

- This is so frustrating. I have modeled my page after other playwrights. I just don't understand why it's not going through. AnnMitchell1964 (talk) 20:34, 30 October 2024 (UTC)
- Please see WP:YFA, WP:REFB and WP:MOS. Creating an article on Wikipedia is the most difficult task there is here, you have very little in the way of reliable independent sources. Theroadislong (talk) 20:42, 30 October 2024 (UTC)

Hi
[edit]I've converted one of your references into a citation. If you have a look at the appearance, your references should go next to the text in the article to show what they are referencing. Help:Referencing for beginners shows you how to add them correctly. I've also added reflist so your references will automatically show up there.
Have a play around in your sandbox with the referencing guide. Knitsey (talk) 21:05, 30 October 2024 (UTC)
