[edit]Hello, I'm Materialscientist. I wanted to let you know that I reverted one of your recent contributions —specifically this edit to Pagoda—because it did not appear constructive. [edit]Please do not add commentary, your own point of view, or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. Thank you. RandomCanadian (talk / contribs) 16:55, 20 February 2021 (UTC)
I am not adding my own point of view you should go to nepal and check about the the things I told you and why do you think pagoda style originated in India? Stupa originated in India pagoda style originated in nepal with indian stupa inspiration india didn't originate pagoda style architecture Ananta5421 (talk) 07:52, 21 February 2021 (UTC)
Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to add unsourced or poorly sourced content, as you did at Pagoda, you may be blocked from editing. Please do not add claims that are unsupported by reference to WP:RS reliable sources to articles, incl. image captions. Your views and arguments are also better directed at the article talk page, rather than contained in edit notes where others have no opportunity to reply. Thank you, -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 10:48, 21 February 2021 (UTC)
I already said my information is not fake https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Araniko He was the person who spread pagoda style and he yea my information is not fake Ananta5421 (talk) 11:08, 21 February 2021 (UTC)
And yea your wikipedia is the one who doesn't know anything your wikipedia was writing this buddha was born in india till some months ago now they correct it a bit there Are 1000 wrong information about us we people don't use wikipedia so much so indian people are spreading fake information and you are supporting them even at one time my everest they wrote was in india?are you serious? You know about geography right? Ananta5421 (talk) 11:11, 21 February 2021 (UTC)
You should ignore fake sources and first read the real history Which was written in ancient book or something
Ananta5421 (talk) 11:13, 21 February 2021 (UTC)
And yea the information I mentioned is also mentioned in arniko statue which is in china now Ananta5421 (talk) 11:13, 21 February 2021 (UTC)
- Firstly, just to be clear, I did not use the word 'fake' or anything to that effect. Secondly, I'm not in any way commenting on whether the pagoda originates from this culture or that. The reason I reverted your edit, and posted the caution, was because you did not provide a source to back up your edit. Statements made without appropriate references cannot be regarded as facts, even if they are factually correct. (And you saying they are correct does not count.)
- Your edit history and argumentative style suggest that you may be heading for sanctions of some sort sooner or later, if you continue like this. As friendly advice, please take this opportunity to familiarise yourself with the guidelines, especially with regards to verifiability and neutrality, both of which are linked to from the messages above. HTH, --DoubleGrazing (talk) 11:26, 21 February 2021 (UTC)
Ok so this time I have given links so maybe you will not edit it again I am new to editing wiki so I didn't knew how to give link but yea this time I have Ananta5421 (talk) 11:35, 21 February 2021 (UTC)
And as a friendly advise please don't edit anything without actually reading orginal and other old books because when I notice now there are more then 1000 wrong information in wikipedia's especially regarding india and nepal all the things which is from Nepal they have wrote only the place name of india which is incorrect I can't imagine a big site like this is spreading fake and unclear information and you people who are not even from asia are supporting it Ananta5421 (talk) 11:38, 21 February 2021 (UTC)
- What you seem to have done is insert a new statement between what was there already and the references, giving the impression that your statement is also supported by those sources (also known as WP:CUCKOO editing). In this case, which particular one of the three sources cited supports your claimed Nepalese connection? If you can pinpoint specifically the supporting source, great; if you cannot, I or someone else will roll back your edits as being unsourced. Thank you, --DoubleGrazing (talk) 11:52, 21 February 2021 (UTC)
I can pin point go to china and view arniko statue or just search about him according to chinese who wrote about him he spread pagoda style architecture in china he come from Nepal Ananta5421 (talk) 11:59, 21 February 2021 (UTC)
And about pagoda style architecture 1rst pagoda style architecture is from Nepal actually all the early pagodas are from Nepal if you still think india invented pagoda I don't know what to say because earliest pagoda style temples are from Nepal according to chinese too pagoda style started from Nepal and yea to search about it you should go and search in other sites not in wikipedia Ananta5421 (talk) 12:01, 21 February 2021 (UTC)
Search about everything in other sites not in wikipedia it is so so so fake Ananta5421 (talk) 12:02, 21 February 2021 (UTC)
And I can also provide you with the date of nepali old pagoda temples vs you think are oldest Ananta5421 (talk) 12:03, 21 February 2021 (UTC)
And who said pagoda originated from stupa?it's just a myth no one said it originated from stupa style of india arniko spread stupa style too but it is not clear that pagoda originated from india why don't you edit that and write it's a myth because I don't think anywhere it's written pagoda style clearly originated from stupa style it's just a myth but no one is editing it? Ananta5421 (talk) 12:06, 21 February 2021 (UTC)
- It's not my job to go hunting for references which you say exist but seem unable to cite. Also, I don't care where the pagoda is from; unlike you, I don't have a POV on this, contrary to what you seem to think. And if you feel that WP is "so so so fake" then help us ensure that all contents are backed up by reliable sources; currently you seem to be pushing in the opposite direction.
- Anyway, I think I'm done with this dialogue as it doesn't seem to be going anywhere, and I don't particularly appreciate your argumentative and adversarial tone. Have a nice day, --DoubleGrazing (talk) 12:19, 21 February 2021 (UTC)
I am new to wikipedia editing And oldest pagoda is from Nepal So how pagoda style originated from india or other countries If the first and the oldest pagoda is from Nepal? Ananta5421 (talk) 12:23, 21 February 2021 (UTC)
You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you add unsourced material to Wikipedia, as you did at Pagoda. DoubleGrazing (talk) 12:25, 21 February 2021 (UTC)
I have given links so people can go and see in the links too if they don't believe me Ananta5421 (talk) 12:30, 21 February 2021 (UTC)
And yea sorry for my rude behavior but I will edit wikipedia again very soon and yea this time I will try to show some more true information maybe that will make you think my edits are right Ananta5421 (talk) 13:13, 21 February 2021 (UTC)
And I want to ask you somethings maybe I if I get all of the right answers I will stop editing wikipedia Firstly why makes you think pagoda style comes from india? whereas all old pagoda style temples are from Nepal And what makes to think 1 Japanese temple in the picture is the oldest pagoda temple if firstly pagoda style introduce to nepal then to tibeat and china? And what proof do you have? I am just curious because like you ask me what proof I have I ask you Ananta5421 (talk) 13:19, 21 February 2021 (UTC)
- I'm not saying the pagoda comes from India. I don't know where it comes from. I don't much care where it comes from. At no point have I claimed that it comes, or doesn't come, from any particular country or culture.
- All I've said is that there is currently a statement in the article in question, backed up by multiple sources and accepted by the community consensus, rightly or wrongly. If you want to change that statement, you need to provide solid sources that support your change, before it can be accepted. The onus is on you to provide this evidence, not on me (or anyone else) to prove that you're wrong. And saying that such evidence exists isn't enough, you must also cite it in the appropriate manner so that others can verify it. You may well be right on this (then again, you may not...), but unless you can support your claims with reliable sources, they are just your opinions. That's all there is to it. --DoubleGrazing (talk) 14:23, 21 February 2021 (UTC)
Thanks for your help next time I will try to again write things with more proofs My first language is not English so it's hard for me but I will try Again tommorow Ananta5421 (talk) 15:52, 21 February 2021 (UTC)
- I notice that you have yet again added content without supporting your claims. You've been warned enough many times, but you carry on regardless. I realise you're a new(ish) editor and that English is not your first language, but neither of those justify this sort of behaviour, alas. --DoubleGrazing (talk) 12:10, 22 February 2021 (UTC)

I am not involved in the issue thank you and yes I have provided all proof regarding my things and you wikipedia so called administrator seem to be not liking it why does your administrator support a myth that stupa originated pagoda and why is your administrator not accepting real things about pagoda? Ananta5421 (talk) 12:38, 22 February 2021 (UTC)
