Reply in the page's talk not on user's
I have moved our conversation to the Battle of Malacca page. The content of our conversation does not belong on a user's page, it should be on the page that we are discussing about. You can reply me there. Danial Bass (talk) 22:47, 7 November 2022 (UTC)
- I have re-included my minor sourced content which you removed again in the Battle of Malacca page. Personally letting you know, Wikipedia is a place where any contributor can add useful sourced information. I have never in my long time in Wikipedia saw any contributor just come into a page, removed nearly everything in a page (which is okay), but then tell another contributor not to add or remove anything, I know you are trying not to be rude, and I really believe you but its actually rude to do this honestly. It would be okay if this was your personal blog/book but its Wikipedia, where many people work together as a team. So respectfully, do not remove my minor edits. When I worked with other editors its really normal for each other to give way and come to an agreement, I hope we can come at one peaceful on too. And more so, my edits are really minor compared to yours. Danial Bass (talk) 08:06, 8 November 2022 (UTC)
- Danial Bass, I did not see this until just now, and I suppose I'm beating a dead horse at this point, but I would just like to apologise for being rude. I was not trying to make Wikipedia my personal blog, I only thought there were issues with including the content, which I now realise there were not. Please forgive me. Minor Note
From what I'm seeing (which might be wrong) you are manually AfDing articles. This is totally optional and just my personal preference, but IMHO WP:TWINKLE, which you can find in your preferences, is a very convenient, semi-automated way to AfD (which you are frequently doing), revert vandalism, and tag articles. It might be worth considering, as IMO it's quicker. Of course, this is just my personal opinion; many thanks! VickKiang (talk) 21:57, 25 November 2022 (UTC)
- I've though about it before. If you think it's helpful, I'd be glad to try it out. Thank you! An anonymous username, not my real name 22:02, 25 November 2022 (UTC)
