Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made; that is to say, editors are not automatically "entitled" to three reverts.
Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to blank out or remove portions of page content, templates or other materials from Wikipedia, as you did at Mega Brands, you may be blocked from editing. Man way 05:20, 22 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for page blanking and vandalism on Mega Brands, and for claiming to be a "former Wikipedia employer", which, of course, doesn't exist (we're all volunteers); if you were an employee of the Wikimedia Foundation, you would know that your blanking is not how we handle deletion requests. If you really weren't just vandalizing, and can explain here what you were trying to do, and will promise not to keep being disruptive, any admin can unblock without consulting me. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.
