Thanks

Thanks for trekking out to the wilds of West Roxbury to help us out yesterday. The rest of the day went really well! Marta Erin (talk) 19:24, 22 October 2014 (UTC)

Thanks!

Heya — Always a pleasure to have you at our events. Thanks again for attending last night! Hope it was helpful. See you soon :) Girona7 (talk) 12:17, 26 June 2014 (UTC)

Hello from next door P64

Hi, Amanda. We met at Boston Public Library this weekend. I must check some biographies of Science Fiction and Fantasy Hall of Fame inductees and ensure that I have caught up with recent ones so fully as I claimed. ;-)

--P64 (talk) 22:14, 21 July 2014 (UTC)

@P64: It was great to talk science fiction with you! Our talk reminded me to explore the inductees list more, so now I have The Long Tomorrow (novel) and Last and First Men both on my to-read list. AmandaRR123 (talk) 02:09, 31 July 2014 (UTC)

Joining Northeastern University

hello I came to know that you are Campus volunteer at NorthernWest university. I too want to join this university to take the course on Online communities provided by your university. so, I would like you to process myself as the candidate for student in your university in the above course. It would be better if you mentioned the procedure of getting Enrollment token for the course.
Thank you.

@Krishna418: Thanks for getting in touch. This course is being run through Northeastern University in Boston, and it is primarily an in-person class. The Wikipedia assignment is just one part of the class, so by enrolling just in the article creation process you'd miss out on most of the other content. In addition, since this is a course being run for-credit through the university, there isn't a simple way to process you as a student of Northeastern and thereby let you enroll in the course.
However, you can see the syllabus and suggested readings here.
If you are just interested in general practice writing Wikipedia articles, there are some wonderful, free, entirely-online courses offered through WIKISOO. They don't have any live courses scheduled, but you could still work your way through some of the class pages there, or use the general Wikipedia training for students. And in case you haven't seem them already, edX and Coursera are good sources for free courses online.
I'm sorry you can't join our course, but please let me know if you'd like more suggestions on further resources. AmandaRR123 (talk) 19:27, 25 August 2014 (UTC)

Hi from Students!

@Nelsonana, Terose92, Isabellemcelentano, Thib.renou, and Dodier.k: Hi everyone, welcome to the class! I'm using this as a chance to test out/show you the "reply-to" function. Because I used it, you should all have gotten red notifications near your user name at the top of the screen when you logged into Wikipedia. You can use this to make sure other users see your reply on talk page conversations. (The talkback function is another way to encourage discussion on Wikipedia, but I think reply-to is easier.) Just use the syntax on this page. You don't have to use the reply-to function, and not everyone does, but I think it makes conversation easier. AmandaRR123 (talk) 21:30, 5 September 2014 (UTC)

Thank you, and review request

Hi Amanda! I hope you're doing well. I used your outlines and guides to re-do and refine the citations on my article, The Elma Lewis School of Fine Arts. If you have a moment, would you mind giving me some feedback, to make sure that all the changes were correctly done? Thank you as always for your help, and please let me know if there is anything I can do in exchange! Best. Ceaseandexist (talk) 23:27, 19 November 2014 (UTC)

Thanks for the link!

Thanks for the link to the CRAAP test. I'll see if I can get it into the Design Wizard output, as it's really quite thorough! Eryk (Wiki Ed) (talk) 18:00, 6 January 2015 (UTC)
