Image tagging for Image:Naito.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Naito.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the source and creator of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the source and creator of the image on the image's description page, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided source information for them as well.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:

Citing works
[edit]Could you add an inline citation to the information you just added to the Nightmare page? I know it it was in one of the sources but it would help if the people updating the page learned how (this is not a critisism, I am trying to share information to keep pages from being deleted and information removed!) Information on it is at WP:FN under references. Add a <references /> tag at the bottom under references. Then at the end of the paragraph put <ref name="name of source">[page.html all the info down there]</ref> Thank you for your work on the article :) Denaar 03:53, 19 August 2007 (UTC)
License tagging for Image:NaitoAnima.gif
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:NaitoAnima.gif. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:

Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Anima.gif
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Anima.gif. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 11:53, 26 October 2007 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free media (Image:Fool's Mate 07'07 Hitsugi.jpg)
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Fool's Mate 07'07 Hitsugi.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 01:23, 7 February 2008 (UTC)
Bad fair use of Image:Fool's Mate 07'07 Ruka.jpg
[edit]Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Image:Fool's Mate 07'07 Ruka.jpg, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Image:Fool's Mate 07'07 Ruka.jpg is an image with a clearly invalid fair use tag; or it is an image that fails some part of the non-free content criteria and the uploader has been given 48 hours' notification (for images uploaded after 2006-07-13) or seven days' notification (for images uploaded before that date). (CSD I7).
To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Image:Fool's Mate 07'07 Ruka.jpg, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. Fair use image problems
[edit]I notice you have uploaded the image Image:Fool's Mate 07'07 Ruka.jpg with the {{Non-free magazine cover}} fair use image tag. However, this tag seems unrelated to the content of the image, and as a result it may qualify for speedy deletion. Image:Fool's Mate 07'07 Ruka.jpg has been tagged for deletion, and may have been deleted by the time you see this message.
If you can find a valid tag that expresses why Image:Fool's Mate 07'07 Ruka.jpg can be used under the fair use guidelines, please replace the {{Non-free magazine cover}} tag that you have placed on it with that tag. If no such tag exists, please add the {{non-free fair use in|article name that the image is used in}} tag, along with a brief explanation of why this constitutes fair use of the image. If the image has been deleted, you can re-upload it, but please ensure you place the correct tag on it. However, you must not remove the speedy deletion notice. Thank you, and please feel free to continue contributing to Wikipedia. --Jacob Talk 12:05, 29 April 2008 (UTC)

Replaceable fair use Image:Fool's Mate 07'07 Ruka.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Fool's Mate 07'07 Ruka.jpg. I noticed the description page specifies that the media is being used under a claim of fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first non-free content criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed media could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information. If you believe this media is not replaceable, please:
- Go to the media description page and edit it to add
{{di-replaceable fair use disputed}}
, without deleting the original replaceable fair use template. - On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.
Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.
If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if uploaded before 13 July 2006), per our non-free content policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Do you want to opt out of receiving this notice? J Milburn (talk) 16:55, 30 April 2008 (UTC)

Possibly unfree File:Raison.jpg
[edit]A file that you uploaded or altered, File:Raison.jpg, has been listed at Wikipedia:Possibly unfree files because its copyright status is unclear or disputed. If the file's copyright status cannot be verified, it may be deleted. You may find more information on the file description page. Non-free rationale for File:Ult.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Ult.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.
If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page.
