I am a doctor and i know that my personal brand Wikipedia page can produce significant improvement to my reputation as a doctor, provide me with an additional and credible website presence that will depict my brand with integrity.

In other words, the very reason you make in your unblock request is the very reason why you are not allowed to have a page about you on Wikipedia. Wikipedia is run by unpaid volunteers, and our policies do not accept that their work be used to improve the profit of companies or the earnings potential of doctors. If you one day become truly significant and important, people will write articles about you in recognised medical journals and in mainstream newspapers.
