Hi,
I note that you've edited this article, and your user page seems to imply that this is you. If so, I imagine the OTRS volunteer you contacted pointed you to our conflict of interest guideline, but just in case they didn't, I'll do so. While it is definitely OK for an article's subject to remove things from the article that violate our biographies of living persons policy, it can be tricky to unilaterally make other edits, like changing out the picture or removing the infobox. For things that don't violate WP:BLP, it is probably going to be a lot easier to bring up the subject on the article's talk page.
