Submitting an article to arXiv: how to guarantee that all material can be used in wikipedia?

I am going to submit a scientific article to a journal, and one week before submission I'll deposit a copy in arXiv. The plots in the article can be used in wikipedia? Can one copy strings of text in wikipedia? Should I give a particular license to arXiv, or the normal default license is OK?
