Speedy deletion nomination of Free Spanish
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Free Spanish requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion," which appears inside of the speedy deletion ({{db-...}}
) tag (if no such tag exists, the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate). Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. ... discospinster talk 01:09, 12 May 2011 (UTC)
Why your edits on Eureka, California were removed
[edit]Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Eureka, California, did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and read the welcome page to learn more about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. Thank you. -- I also read your User page and while I admire your "get-up-and-go" spirit, Wikipedia is not the place for documenting the lives of living people unless they are massively famous (e.g. President Obama). Us lesser mortals have to do something to warrant a wiki inclusion, and even there, it needs to be done by someone else, otherwise it violates WP:NPOV and Conflict of interest guidelines. It's really not a good idea to threaten to revert clean-up edits when you insert a non-notable person into the encyclopedia other editors are going to remove it. Perhaps a good idea to read WP:3RR and the other guideline pages before continuing. Thank you for your interest in Wikipedia, however please contribute effectively! Why your other edits were removed
[edit]Wow, Al, you have quite a pattern going of introducing WP:HOAX information into the Encyclopedia. After seeing that you added yourself to the Eureka list of Notable people (again), I checked your user contributions list and discovered a false entry in the List of micronations: "Verde 2011 Verde is a micronation created by Al Villaruel Model, Actor, and Comedian, the president is Al Villarruel and the vice president is Owen Fite, the largest city and captial is foxford, and theres some english towns, some spanish towns, some verdish towns, but foxford speak all languages. Al Villaruel "
On List of Web television series you added "Nerd!" with no citations. I am unable to find this show.
I reverted both these Hoax entries today and noticed that another one of your hoax entries was placed in United States and already reverted.
From your statement that you were born in 1999, I realize that you are very young but Al that's no excuse for hoaxing and putting incorrect information into a world-wide ongoing project. Many young people work in an effective manner on Wikipedia and other mature projects. Please consider making positive contributions instead of continuing your pattern of hoaxing. Hello, Al Villarruel, and thank you for your contributions!
I wanted to let you know it seems an article you worked on, Eureka Mall, is copied from another Wikipedia page, Bayshore Mall. It's fine to do this as long as you provide the following information in the edit summary:
- a link to the article you copied from
- the date you copied it
You can do this now by editing the page, making any minor edit to the article, and adding the above information into the edit summary.
If you're still not sure how to fix the problem, please leave a message at the help desk. It's possible that I made a mistake, so feel free to remove the tag I placed on the article.
Thanks again for helping build the free encyclopedia! CorenSearchBot (talk) 18:43, 17 January 2012 (UTC)
The article Eureka Mall has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- duplicate of http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bayshore_Mall
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Bihco (talk) 18:49, 17 January 2012 (UTC)
Nomination of Eureka Mall for deletion
[edit]A discussion is taking place as to whether the article Eureka Mall is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.
The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Eureka Mall until a consensus is reached, and anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on good quality evidence, and our policies and guidelines.
Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion template from the top of the article. Bihco (talk) 20:26, 17 January 2012 (UTC)
Disruptive Edits to Eureka Page
[edit]Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize pages by deliberately introducing incorrect information, as you did at Eureka, California, you may be blocked from editing.
The population figure of Eureka is given from the 2010 U.S. Census Data. You can't change it to 40,000 because you "feel like it." The Census went around and counted people, published their results and that is what is cited on the Wiki page. Making up some other number and inserting it over and over as you have been doing for the last week is troublesome, as you do not seem to understand some of the five pillar concepts of Wikipedia. (Look up, they are in your welcome notice.)
The ones that seem to cause the most trouble can be summarized: For any edit you must provide sources and you must not insert information because you "know it," that is considered "original research."
I am aware you report your age as being very young. It is admirable that you wish to contribute to Wikipedia, if you put the same energy into doing good things, you will do wonderful things. But to continue to reinsert the same wrong data over and over even though others fix it is only asking for trouble where none need exist.Ellin Beltz (talk) 14:06, 21 January 2012 (UTC)

I have deleted Category:Big Cities which you created - it was nominated for speedy deletion by other editors. Please read Wikipedia:Categorization before you attempt to create any further categories - you do not seem to have a good understanding of how categories are used in Wikipedia, and this will help you to understand. Categories must be unambiguous in their content and clear in their titles - "Big Cities" is far too vague a concept, and your explanation "Heres a list of the big cities in california, all big cities are by size not by popluation do not delete this big cities with big size will stay popluation dosent matter" is of no help. We already have Category:Incorporated cities and towns in California and a list article List of largest California cities by population. If you are interested in classifying cities in California by geographical area, you could start an article List of largest California cities by geographical area, maybe copying the format of the by population list, and using sourced information from the city articles to provide your content. --Elen of the Roads (talk) 13:13, 31 March 2012 (UTC)
April 2012
[edit]Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at List of largest California cities by land area, you may be blocked from editing.
First, your edits mangled the formatting (have you considered previewing before you save?), but mainly, you added cities that shouldn't be on the list. I'm not sure where you're getting your data from, but Santa Rosa, Chico, Gilroy, Eureka, and Rohnert Park are not #s 26-30; the actual cities would be Long Beach, Ontario, Anaheim, Chula Vista, and San Francisco.
