Meta translation coordinators, 01:56, 16 July 2013 (UTC)The article Geraldine Finlayson has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- Does not appear to pass WP:GNG, nothing shown in various online sources to contradict this.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Black Kite (talk) 21:21, 16 July 2013 (UTC)

Meta translation coordinators, 00:31, 31 August 2013 (UTC)Article Feedback Tool update
Hey Al Lemos. I'm contacting you because you're involved in the Article Feedback Tool in some way, either as a previous newsletter recipient or as an active user of the system. As you might have heard, a user recently anonymously disabled the feedback tool on 2,000 pages. We were unable to track or prevent this due to the lack of logging feature in AFT5. We're deeply sorry for this, as we know that quite a few users found the software very useful, and were using it on their articles.
We've now re-released the software, with the addition of a logging feature and restrictions on the ability to disable. Obviously, we're not going to automatically re-enable it on each article—we don't want to create a situation where it was enabled by users who have now moved on, and feedback would sit there unattended—but if you're interested in enabling it for your articles, it's pretty simple to do. Just go to the article you want to enable it on, click the "request feedback" link in the toolbox in the sidebar, and AFT5 will be enabled for that article.
Again, we're very sorry about this issue; hopefully it'll be smooth sailing after this :). If you have any questions, just drop them at the talkpage. Thanks! Okeyes (WMF) 21:50, 1 September 2013 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for October 20
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Rodrigo Constantino, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Transplantation and National holiday (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Thank you for making a report on Wikipedia:Administrator intervention against vandalism. Reporting and removing vandalism is vital to the functioning of Wikipedia and all users are encouraged to revert, warn, and report vandalism. However, it appears that the editor you reported may not have engaged in vandalism, or the user was not sufficiently or appropriately warned. Please note there is a difference between vandalism and unhelpful or misguided edits made in good faith. If the user continues to vandalise after a recent final warning, please re-report it. Thank you. The situation you reported is too complex for WP:AIV -- it was not simple vandalism or obvious spam. Please open a thread at WP:ANI if you have an incident that needs administrator attention. —Darkwind (talk) 02:57, 25 October 2013 (UTC)

This is democracy
I'm developing your precarious articles, with little information (and information selected with only what interests you put), and non-existent invented controversies of your head. Wikipedia is not your property and you can not leave reversing everything you dislikes. Go find the administrators to see if they will ensure to you the ownership of the articles. Good morning. Rauzaruku (talk) 11:33, 27 October 2013 (UTC)
- It's really amazing how you don't want to cooperate and don't accept another people editing "your" articles. Are you mad because someone is seeing your hidden stealth edits, trying to use the Wikipedia structure to attack the political right? It will not help you get trying to block everyone who notice it. Rauzaruku (talk) 11:53, 27 October 2013 (UTC)
- " with the aim of influencing the Brazilian society through the diffusion of ideas of its representatives"? Only extreme leftlists think like that and write these type of childish text. It's the same with your invented controversies. Rauzaruku (talk) 12:15, 27 October 2013 (UTC)

Edit warring
You are both getting exactly the same message here. I've fully protected two pages for 3 days. I expect to see you discussing the changes on the talk pages during this time and attempting to come to some sort of consensus. You are both technically in breach of the 3RR, but I feel that it is best for the project to try and get you both discussing the changes you're trying to make.
I've watchlisted both the articles and if I see edit warring when the protection expires, I'm going to start blocking. --GraemeL (talk) 12:50, 27 October 2013 (UTC)

Your help in bringing this information to different language communities has tremendous value: many people are timid about grants, and having to digest all this relatively-formal information in English makes it even more scary.
Your translations can help more Wikimedians apply for funding, and thereby enable more awesome work to take place around the world. Thank you for your valuable efforts!

Hello! I've seen that you joined the Gibraltarpedia challenge and I just wanted to inform you that From March 16 to April 15 we will be organising the Catalan Culture Challenge, a Wikipedia editing contest in which victory will go to those who start and improve the greatest number of articles about 50 key figures of Catalan culture. You can take part by creating or expanding articles on these people in your native language (or any other one you speak). It would be lovely to have an experienced player like you on board.
