Proposed deletion of Maharashtra student welfare association

The article Maharashtra student welfare association has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Duplicate of Draft:Maharashtra Students Welfare Association, which has been declined five times, and now rejected, by AfC for lack of notability.
