Speedy deletion nomination of The Path Of Zarathustra
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on The Path Of Zarathustra requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article or image appears to be a clear copyright infringement. This article or image appears to be a direct copy from http://www.iiffoq.com/#!copy-of-glimpses-of-india-/c3eu. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website or image but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. 2601:188:0:ABE6:B53D:47CE:83E6:3C5F (talk) 14:00, 21 July 2015 (UTC)
- As I advised above, please read Wikipedia's guidelines. Much of the article you created appears to have been copied from another website, which is not permitted. Thank you, 2601:188:0:ABE6:B53D:47CE:83E6:3C5F (talk) 14:00, 21 July 2015 (UTC)
This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of The Path Of Zarathustra, and it appears to include material copied directly from http://www.thepathofzarathustra.com/film.html.
It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. The article will be reviewed to determine if there are any copyright issues.
If substantial content is duplicated and it is not public domain or available under a compatible license, it will be deleted. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material. You may use such publications as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details. Wikipedia and copyright
[edit]Hello Akshay Aswani, and welcome to Wikipedia. Your addition to The Path Of Zarathustra has had to be removed, as it appears to have added copyrighted material without permission from the copyright holder. While we appreciate your contributing to Wikipedia, there are certain things you must keep in mind about using information from your sources to avoid copyright or plagiarism issues here.
- You can only copy/translate a small amount of a source, and you must mark what you take as a direct quotation with double quotation marks (") and a cited source. You can read about this at Wikipedia:Non-free content in the sections on "text". See also Help:Referencing for beginners, for how to cite sources here.
- Aside from limited quotation, you must put all information in your own words and structure, in proper paraphrase. Following the source's words too closely can create copyright problems, so it is not permitted here; see Wikipedia:Close paraphrasing. (There is a college-level introduction to paraphrase, with examples, hosted by the Online Writing Lab of Purdue.) Even when using your own words, you are still, however, asked to cite your sources to verify information and to demonstrate that the content is not original research.
- Our primary policy on using copyrighted content is Wikipedia:Copyrights. You may also want to review Wikipedia:Copy-paste.
- If you own the copyright to the source you want to copy or are a designated agent, you may be able to license that text so that we can publish it here. However, there are steps that must be taken to verify that license before you do. See Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials.
- In very rare cases (that is, for sources that are public domain or compatibly licensed), it may be possible to include greater portions of a source text. However, please seek help at the help desk before adding such content to the article. 99.9% of sources may not be added in this way, so it is necessary to seek confirmation first. If you do confirm that a source is public domain or compatibly licensed, you will still need to provide full attribution; see Wikipedia:Plagiarism for the steps you need to follow.
- Also note that Wikipedia articles may not be copied or translated without attribution. If you want to copy or translate from another Wikipedia project or article, you can, but please follow the steps in Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia.
It's very important that contributors understand and follow these practices, as policy requires that people who persistently do not must be blocked from editing. If you have any questions about this, you are welcome to leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. — CactusWriter (talk) 00:43, 23 July 2015 (UTC)

Problems with the article The Path Of Zarathustra
[edit]- I see that at Talk:The Path Of Zarathustra you said "This page should not be speedy deleted as an unambiguous copyright infringement, because... The website from where I have taken the content is my own movie website." If that is so, then please change the wording at your web site to say that the content is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported License, so that we may see that it is available under terms compatible with Wikipedia's licensing terms. Unless you do that, we have no way of telling, since very often people come to Wikipedia and falsely claim to own copyright that they don't own. As long as the web site just says "Copyright, 2014 SBI Impresario Pvt. Ltd. - India" we have to assume that it is not licensed for free reproduction.
- If you are the owner of the website www.thepathofzarathustra.com then you have a conflict of interest in editing about the film "The Path Of Zarathustra", and you should not be creating an article about it. See Wikipedia's conflict of interest guidelines.
- I see no evidence that the film satisfies Wikipedia's notability guidleines. If it doesn't, then any work put into writing an article about it is likely to be wasted, as the article will almost certainly be deleted anyway, even if the copyright and conflict of interest issues are dealt with. Warning
[edit]I have just seen your editing at Coffee Bloom. Attempting to hijack an article by replacing its contents with content about a totally different subject is difficult to take as anything other than vandalism. Any more disruptive editing such as that is likely to lead to being blocked from editing. The editor who uses the pseudonym "JamesBWatson" (talk) 14:31, 27 July 2015 (UTC)

Various editing problems
[edit]Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to introduce inappropriate pages to Wikipedia, as you did at The Path Of Zarathustra, you may be blocked from editing. If you need guidance on how to create appropriate pages, try using the Article Wizard. The reason for deletion has been explained to you, but you have created the article four times, and four times it has been deleted, each time for the same reason. In addition, you should read Wikipedia's notability guidelines before creating any more articles, for the reason explained above. Another point is that since you have indicated that you have a personal connection to the web site www.thepathofzarathustra.com, and probably therefore also to the film "The Path Of Zarathustra", you are not a neutral and independent editor when writing about it, and Wikipedia's guidelines on conflict of interest indicate that you really should not be creating an article on the subject. If and when the film receives the sort of coverage in independent reliable sources that is required by Wikipedia's notability guidelines, probably some uninvolved impartial person will write an article about it. If your only purpose here is to get publicity for your film, then Wikipedia is the wrong place for you, as Wikipedia is not a medium for publicising, promoting, or advertising. The editor who uses the pseudonym "JamesBWatson" (talk) 11:01, 28 July 2015 (UTC)
Reliable sources
[edit]Hi, you should probably refresh your memory on what does and does not constitute a reliable source. madaboutmoviez.com, which you added in this edit is not a suitable addition to Wikipedia. We're not interested in what faceless blogs have to say about article subjects, only what reliable published sources with established reputations for fact-checking have to say. Additionally, if any of those other links are suitable for inclusion, they should be incorporated into the article in the form of some kind of critical response section. If you're not in a position to write one up, please post a request on the talk page and include reliable sources so that other editors can take a look. Speedy deletion nomination of Arian Romal
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Arian Romal requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". Removal of sourced content
[edit]Hello, I'm Cmr08. I noticed that you recently removed some content from Monica Bedi without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. [edit]Your recent editing history at Monica Bedi shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.
Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. [edit]Please stop making disruptive edits, as you did at Monica Bedi.
- If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor, discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page, and seek consensus with them. Alternatively you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant notice boards.
- If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.

A tag has been placed on Arian Romal, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion debate, such as at articles for deletion. Under the specified criteria, where a page has substantially identical content to that of a page deleted after debate, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.

Managing a conflict of interest
[edit]Hello, Akshay Aswani. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places, or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a COI may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic, and it is important when editing Wikipedia articles that such connections be completely transparent. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. In particular, we ask that you please:
- avoid editing or creating articles related to you and your family, friends, school, company, club, or organization, as well as any competing companies' projects or products;
- instead, you are encouraged to propose changes on the Talk pages of affected article(s) (see the {{request edit}} template);
- when discussing affected articles, disclose your COI (see WP:DISCLOSE);
- avoid linking to the Wikipedia article or to the website of your organization in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
- exercise great caution so that you do not violate Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).
Please take a few moments to read and review Wikipedia's policies regarding conflicts of interest, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, sourcing and autobiographies. Thank you. NeilN talk to me 14:10, 30 December 2016 (UTC)
