creation of article with name Akhter Raza Khan Azhari

Brother you tried to creat an article on the biography of a great Alim Akhtar raza but it seems you are not succeedind.I found there is another user trying to creat an article on the same person but he has the same problem.He too dont know the rules of wikipedia.

Actually there was an article on wikipedia with that name but has been deleted because of some reason. Dont worry I am going to creat it.I will do it at the start of Aug.2015
