Notability

I can't really see where there's anything to show that the film passes notability guidelines. The reviews are in places that would be considered a self-published source and the awards aren't really in places that Wikipedia would consider to really give notability. Now that said, I do have to warn you: Wikipedia covers all aspects of the topics that pass notability guidelines. I see that you (and by extension, the film) are/were engaged in legal troubles, which seems to be the only true coverage I can find. We cannot only cover the positive aspects of a film or a person, as nice as that would be, so I want to make sure that you are absolutely aware that if by some miracle this film gets kept, the legal aspects will likely remain in the article in some form or fashion. I will make sure that people use the term alleged and show that the court has yet to make a decision, but it will get mentioned because it does directly pertain to the film and to the director himself. Not saying that we would refuse to cover something because of negative associations, but I do want to caution you that we often have people come on here with the idea of creating a nice article about themselves and end up with an article that is less than positive.
