Hello Alekhya

Hello,

My name is Jessie Li. I'm here to give you some help in understanding how to get work done in Wikipedia.

I am an undergraduate student in Psychology and English at Davidson College. I edited Wikipedia articles last semester as part of the course Cognitive Psychology. I worked on the article "Global Precedence," and I was able to nominate my article for a "Did You Know" recognition. I found the assignment effective in helping me learn about the topic of the article I edited, the culture and norms of Wikipedia, and writing articles from a neutral point of view. I have learned some valuable lessons while completing my assignment and I will be glad to offer advice based on what I learned.

Please let me know if you have any questions, and I will do my best to help you work through them. I look forward to working with you!

Edible Arrangements

[edit]

Sorry Agampa, but I have failed your GA nomination of Edible Arrangements (see Talk:Edible Arrangements/GA1 for the reasons). Don't be discouraged, getting an article to GA standard is not easy. I would encourage you to address the concerns at that page and re-nominate. You might like to look at Wikipedia:Good articles/Social sciences and society for similar articles to see what is expected.
