[edit]Hello, I'm Donald Albury. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Five stages of grief, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Donald Albury 22:44, 13 March 2023 (UTC)
Please stop. If you continue to add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did at Smile, you may be blocked from editing. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. Do not use blogs as sources, WP:NOTBLOG; use WP:RS. Zefr (talk) 18:48, 24 March 2023 (UTC)
