. Wtmitchell (talk) (earlier Boracay Bill) 10:08, 8 June 2023 (UTC)- I need a response on this. Will you ever unblock this account because even after explaining that I made a mistake and that was honest, I also admit that the content is in no way relevant to the community but you are still being adamant. At least I expect a warning and if the same thing was repeated, then you can block the account but that action only shows that your sim is only to block account and maintain your records of award for most account blocking user. This is a volunteer service and this kind of action should be managed in a way that won’t discourage users.

Unintentional violation of Reference
[edit]I sincerely apologize for violating the rules. I did not have prior knowledge of the restrictions on references. My aim has always been to have positive impact on the community and in any way, I am not associated to the reference provided.
I am doing this as a way to contribute to the Foundation.
thank you for your consideration and I will appreciate it if the account is unblocked as I will get rid of the content immediately. Adetolu (talk) 10:23, 8 June 2023 (UTC)
- The material was already removed. You will need to explain how this edit had a "positive impact on the community". Thanks. Sam Kuru (talk) 11:35, 8 June 2023 (UTC)
- It was unintentional and I now understand better that it is irrelevant to the community. Adetolu (talk) 12:00, 8 June 2023 (UTC)
- I will appreciate if the ban is lifted as I have realized my mistake and such will never happen again. Adetolu (talk) 12:06, 8 June 2023 (UTC)
I apologize for the error committed by me but it was never intended to promote anything against the regulations. Adetolu (talk) 10:26, 8 June 2023 (UTC)
- I have unblocked you with a reason saying, "This was a serious error on my part. It was a mis-click -- I did not intend to block this user, and I neglected to confirm that my block action produced the block I intended it to produce." This was purely my error and, though after-the-fact apologies don't undo the problem, I do apologize sincerely -- I'm presently very busy off-wiki with work that has short deadlines, and that apparently resulted in a lapse of attention on my part when I ought to have been paying very close attention. That's an explanation, not an excuse -- there is no excuse. Wtmitchell (talk) (earlier Boracay Bill) 16:32, 16 June 2023 (UTC)
