Adding protected templates to non-protected pages
[edit]Please stop adding protection templates to your draft. You don't have permissions to protect, and there's no compelling reason to protect it for that matter. OhNoitsJamie Talk 02:20, 20 January 2022 (UTC)
- When I eligible to add protection to his page? Abcfriends (talk) 03:41, 20 January 2022 (UTC)
- No user is permitted to add protection to a page at their discretion except for pages within one's own userspace. A handful of admins are allowed to add protection to a page when there has been evidence of significant disruption (or in limited other cases), per WP:PROTECT. — Bilorv (talk) 12:52, 21 January 2022 (UTC)

Managing a conflict of interest
[edit]Hello, Abcfriends. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on the page Draft:Starscixn (rapper), you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:
- avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, company, organization or competitors;
- propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{request edit}} template);
- disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest#How to disclose a COI);
- avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam#External link spamming);
- do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.
Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. — Bilorv (talk) 12:53, 21 January 2022 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, Abcfriends, welcome to Wikipedia and thank you for your contributions. Your editing pattern indicates that you may be using multiple accounts or coordinating editing with people outside Wikipedia, such as Starscixn (talk · contribs). Our policy on multiple accounts usually does not allow this, and users who misuse multiple accounts may be blocked from editing. If you operate multiple accounts directly or with the help of another person, please disclose these connections. Thank you. --Deepfriedokra (talk) 10:38, 4 February 2022 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of Starscixn
[edit]Hello Abcfriends,
I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Starscixn for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly indicate why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.
If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.
You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks!

Wikipedia is not a protional platform
[edit]Please find another venue to promote yourself. Any further attempts to move an unreviewed draft into article space will result in an indefinite block. OhNoitsJamie Talk 00:26, 6 February 2022 (UTC)
Links to draft articles
[edit]Please do not introduce links in actual articles to draft articles, as you did to List of hip hop musicians. Since a draft is not yet ready for the main article space, it is not in shape for ordinary readers, and links from articles should not go to a draft. Such links are contrary to the Manual of Style. These links have been removed. Thank you. - Arjayay (talk) 13:48, 20 February 2022 (UTC)
