. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 10:56, 12 September 2015 (UTC)- I need to explain this a little. Your (now deleted) userpage gives off the impression that you were trying to create a profile page for a young female child around the age of 4. This seems to be your main/sole reason for being here. What bothers me is how much information you give. Not only do you give out her name and where she lives, but you give out information about her parents and brother and you also supply a Facebook account. This can be very dangerous, as there are some not very nice people on the Internet. You can read more about Internet safety here. I'm not sure that you're here to do much more than create a profile page and I'm just very uncomfortable with you giving out this much information. I really, really want to caution you against doing this on any place in the Internet because it can make it easier for people to find you. While most people have good intentions and will not harm you, you need to be careful of the ones who do not have good intentions and may harm you. That's the sole reason I blocked you: I'm afraid of you giving out more information about yourself (I believe that you are likely this girl's brother or another relative. I think it's sweet that you love her, but putting this out there might end up with her getting hurt somehow.) I'm willing to unblock you, but only if you promise to not put out any more information about yourself and if you can tell me what you will do on Wikipedia editing-wise once you are unblocked. - Please read Wikipedia:Guidance for younger editors. For the same reasons, I have requested deletion of the pictures you posted to Commons. I am sorry to do this, because you have put a lot of effort into posting them; but, even apart from the privacy and safety aspects, Commons is intended only for images useful for educational purposes (see C:Commons:Project scope/Summary); it is not a place to post family snaps. If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
- If unblocked, what are your editing plans? Max Semenik (talk) 06:46, 14 September 2015 (UTC)
- In addition, do you understand that Wikipedia is not social media like Facebook etc? It's not a place for posting about yourself and your family. Peridon (talk) 14:51, 14 September 2015 (UTC)
