It was really interesting to read what you've got for your first draft! I really liked all of the information on how much technology has been a huge asset for the Human Resources profession! I had never really thought about what it was like to find a job before the internet, or how much more difficult training and filing must have been! You've got a really good base going. One of my comments for your lead section is you need sources for everything and additionally theres a decent amount of word repetition. I would switch up your wording for some of the phrases such as "top talent" and "human capital." I also think that the history section for your lead section might be a bit too in depth. The lead section should just be a general overview, and then you can go in depth in the article. Also, for the acronym HRIS, you should write out "Human Resources Information Systems" in the title as someone just reading it won't necessarily know what it means.
