Um, I'm not trying to scare you off, but there is a reason why the article has not been brought into FAC yet. It's not ready. It still needs to have it's references doubled up on and requires information on the box office performance. I'd withdraw the FAC, before we receive any oppositions as it's not going to go well. - I don't appreciate the fact that you are referring to the nomination as a "Self-nomination" and including the phrase "I personally edited this page to add more content to expand this article to make it better than it was originally." Considering that you don't appear to have edited the page beyond the removal of a vandal's deletion template. It is particularly rude and not very bright to take credit for another person's (or group of persons) work especially without contributing in the slightest yourself. Wikipedia is very much a tight-knit community, and your actions will not be well-regarded. I'll give you the opportunity to change the page to avoid incident. Big girls don't cry editing

Hi, i'm an unregistered user of wikipedia and was wondering if you could help me with a question i want you to answer. In the article, "Big girls don't cry" (a song by Fergie) the section "Chart Performance" keeps getting deleted (the text) all about the song's performance on worldwide charts. I strongly believe that that article would be a really good one with that information, but people always delete it and it is really irritating me, so if you know why please let me know. Rose DeWitt Bukater's date of death

Hello, A Raider Like Indiana. I'm certain that the reason that Rose's date of death was left as Unknown in that article, as well as not being specified in the Titanic article is because while a lot of (I would say most) people feel that she died at the end of that film, James Cameron stated, "It is to remain up to the viewer to decide weather Rose has passed away or is just dreaming." Therefore, we have no valid proof of when Rose died. I myself definitely feel that she died at the end of that film, just as Jack said that she would, and felt that it was/is a great foreshadowing instance in the film (as well as within all of cinema) and don't know why James Cameron wouldn't/won't just say, "Yeah, she died. It's true"...as I feel was his intention with that scene, but we cannot state that she died in 1997, when even James Cameron won't confirm it. I'm thinking you should change that back to Unknown. Microsoft Windows - Server 2008 Launch Date

Why did you revert my change of the launch date of Windows Server 2008. I changed it from "March 2008 (planned)" to "February 2008"?

Hey, let's have a conversation on Template talk:Microsoft Windows family and figure out what to do. It's a tricky because both you and Soum are right in what you're trying to do, but I think the real culprit here might actually be the articles themselves, which is making it harder to have a clear sense of what the template should contain. NTFS "superseded" FAT

NTFS did not supersede FAT. FAT was targeted for the original Windows brand and NTFS was for the Windows NT line. When Microsoft released Windows XP, they were unofficially merged together. You can still use FAT, it's commonly used today, Microsoft is still giving updates to it making it still current like NTFS. They are two separate file systems. One does not supersede the other. Correction to Windows 2000

May I correct you regarding the edits you made to the Windows 2000 article. According to this page, users who own a Windows 2000 license are eligible to buy the upgrade version of Windows Vista. That is, the license permits upgrading from Windows 2000. However, the setup routine for Vista does not support upgrading a Windows 2000 installation, it requires users to do a clean install. Are you getting the difference? That is what that article clearly mentioned. In fact the same thing applies to 'Windows XP Professional x64' too. Read what is written on that page:

"If you are currently using Windows 2000 Professional or Windows XP Professional x64, you are eligible for an upgrade copy to a corresponding or better edition of Windows Vista, but a clean install is required.

Upgrade copies are not available for versions of Windows earlier than Windows 2000. These earlier versions of Windows require you to install a full copy of Windows Vista."

And this is what I'd written in the Windows 2000 article: "While users of Windows 2000 are eligible to receive the upgrade license for Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008, neither of these operating systems can directly perform an upgrade installation from Windows 2000."

But then the bottomline remains that there IS at least 1 way to upgrade to Windows 2000 and merely stating that it cannot be upgraded may create a wrong impression in the reader's mind. Rather, it would be better if whatever is the case is clearly written.
