Request for edit summary

  • Hi. I am a bot, and I am writing to you with a request. I would like to ask you, if possible, to use edit summaries a bit more often when you contribute. The reason an edit summary is important is because it allows your fellow contributors to understand what you changed; you can think of it as the "Subject:" line in an email. Full House

  • I think we should start a project. I see that you and I are the main contributors to full house episodes. Let's watch the full house episodes on at 9:00 on Nick At Night. Find the appropriate template in Wikipedia:Image copyright tags and place it on the image page like this: {{TemplateName}}. Please signify the copyright information on any other images you have uploaded or will upload. Remember that images without this important information can be deleted by an administrator. SpongeBob: Krusty Towers; Reply

  • Hey AMK the reason why I reverted your edits is because sometimes I notice you delete 5 star in one place but leave it in the other. I reverted your edits seeing that there was 5 star all over the place and then I wrote "You don't look at the article" as your just looking at that and your not noticing the other 5 stars. After a while I decided that what you might have been trying to do is say we don't know it's a five star so I deleted it in all places. Hope this helps and if not please contact me on my talk page as I put messages on tons of people's talk page a day and I lose track of who's sending messages and who's not. Best Regards, ForestH2

Character Lists

  • Why are the rest then Characters Present? Every character list that has over 6 characters should be "Main, Major and Minor" And some have like 11....Into the Wilderness
  • Perhaps not when a list exceeds 6 characters it should be Main Major, and Minor, but when a list exceeds 10 or 12 it should be organized that way. Or, whatever makes the article look better. -AMK152 20:01, 15 May 2006 (UTC)

  • I've told the user that there is a point to the lryics on the page. We revert his/her edits until he/she understands. I mean? The page is pointless without the lyrics. I'm going to go ahead and revert the edits. ForestH2

  • What a silly rule, the 3RR. There this IP adress who keeps putting "DVD" None. I reverted all of his edits-It may just have been I broke the 3RR, I haven't been counting-but do we need DVD on there? ForestH2

Television episode name style

  • Thanks for your interest in editting the SpongeBob articles and your viligence in reverting vandalism. However, one thing I noticed is that you put the episode names in italics. If you check the Manual of Style on titles, you will see that episode names should be quotes. I recommend you stick with the style instead of mixing styles. Gogo Dodo 07:25, 10 June 2006 (UTC)

Octo?

  • You recently reverted someone’s change of Squidwards species listing to squid, which is correct, calling it vandalism and changing it to octopus. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think he/she was correct in calling Squidward a squid? Nookdog 01:22, 27 June 2006 (UTC)
  • In a behind the scenes of a SpongeBob DVD or some other thing, it was stated that Squidward is an Octopus, not a Squid. The one who voices Patrick, Bill Fagerbakke, said that "Octoward didn't sound to good. People keep changing it from Octopus to Squid, when the explanation is there. -AMK152 01:26, 27 June 2006 (UTC)

No doubt someone will soon point out that merging, expanding, categorizing, and disambiguating are all activities that can be done without being an admin, and therefore aren't Sysop chores (which is what the question is asking about). Wicked!

I see you have just begun Wikipedia:Wikiproject Lego. I was indeed recently contemplating creating just such a project, but you have beat me to it. I look forward to participating, and have a small archive of Lego magazines as well as may sets, so I should be able to contribute pictures of some of the various themes, as many theme pages are currently without. Have you considered what (if any) standard format should be used for close-up pictures of the minifigs from various themes (all white background, theme appropriate, black brick base, etc.)? Now that we have some characters-you need to add the list to Recent changes put in watchlists and we should be set to go. I don't have time to do any of this so hopefully you can do it. Add a recent changes link, put the file in recent changes, create a watchlist and see if it appears when your trying to get it. I'll try to see if I can do something later tonight. The recent changes link won't let me. Per here, Wikipedia:Wikiproject Drake & Josh which I started; I created a watchlist. Click on the view thingy, and you'll see a watchlist of the articles. Could you be a news source person for the Spanish Wikipedia? Were trying to put together an article in the Wikipedia Signpost and I need to know by Saturday if there's anything going on in other languages. Let me know. It would only be the Spanish Wikipedia. Please don't remove AfD notices. I agree with you that this shouldn't be deleted. Please look at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of places beyond Bikini Bottom and you'll see what I think. Frankly, I think it should be expanded to have all locations in the SpongeBob universe with Bikini Bottom at one item.
