If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

No point of blocking this sock since his IP changes everytime and he starts again, just range block him for multiple heavy personal attacks despite this would sacrifice those ~5 people which would maybe try to edit using this IP range. Snowflake91 (talk) 19:45, 22 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
