Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to Wikipedia. However, please remember that editors do not own articles and should respect the work of their fellow contributors. If you create or edit an article, remember that others are free to change its content. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Yes, I do. And I actually DID put the template back. The reverts were more about not listing it in the infobox as a WP version, but that got caught in it too. ViperSnake151 Talk 17:34, 23 January 2015 (UTC)

Please write a section on MIcrosoft Mobile community in Microsoft Mobile.
Hi 86....
Good work on Microsoft Mobile article.
I have done few edits in services head section. I believe u should be OK with them. Any ways just have a look. Well can we get a website or some portal where all Lumia services are listed. How can we know that these are only the services available. There may be more of them.
Lumia 535 image is repeated twice. Once in History section. Another in Lumia section. For history Lumia 535 is OK (as its really first Microsoft branded phone ever). For Lumia we should have some other (preferrably Microsoft branded only) phone. I was unable to find images for Microsoft Lumia phones ie 435, 532 in wikimedia commons.

No articles on Windows 10 server and Office 2016.
Hi 86....
No articles on Windows 10 server and Office 2016.strange.
By the way whats next version of Office 365..
Could you please start articles for above...
Thanks
- Windows 10 Server hasn't been announced yet, and Microsoft Office 2016 has been announced but redirects to the Microsoft Office article which is wise for the time being as there is too little information on it to be a viable article or anything more than a stub, the next version of Microsoft Office 365 is just Microsoft Office 365 as it's an evolving platform that gains more features with time.

MS-DOS Mobile
Please write an article on MS-DOS Mobile. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 49.200.95.3 (talk) 15:18, 2 April 2015 (UTC)
- Well it needs to be notable, for which it should be relevant for longer than a single day, a notable article isn't just notable on the day, but it should be notable every day afterwards, though it would be relevant as a footnote in the M.S.-D.O.S. article.

Microsoft Mobile History section
Hi 86,
Good work on Microsoft article.
Have you seen the Microsoft Mobile history section.
It appears to be written from nokia point of view. It also appears to be copied as it is from Nokia article. I believe the part needs rewriting/improvement to reflect microsoft more than nokia.
Could you please do the same as it seems you have extensive knowlegde on this whole microsoft nokia thing.

Lumia 2520
Lumia 2520 no longer in production . This means end of Lumia tablets. PLease update the same in Phones section of Microsoft Mobile as well as in Microsoft Lumia article — Preceding unsigned comment added by 49.200.95.5 (talk) 05:54, 6 April 2015 (UTC)
- Historically the Lumia series included tablets and this should be mentioned, I'll place formerly in front of it, you could've done so yourself, but if you want me to do it, sure.

Lumia 640 and 640 XL will be third generation only....
Hey it seems that generations are according to versions of mobile OS. HEnce above two would be in third gen only. 4th gen would be windows 10 phones (preloaded ones). I am talking about Microsoft Lumia article — Preceding unsigned comment added by 49.200.95.5 (talk) 05:55, 6 April 2015 (UTC)
- Well, actually the generations are named after the numbers, not the operating systems, for example the Nokia Lumia 810 is a first generation device despite running Windows Phone 8, I think that NeoGeneric did a good job placing them in the 4th (fourth) generation.

Merging sections List of Lumia devices and Specifications and comparison of Lumia devices in Microsoft Lumia
Both the sections have information about same phones. These info could be merged.
Plus, is there a need to list generations of Lumia phones... No other mobile phone manufacturer page in wikipedia has such listing. I believe that confuses lot probably. Why not to list them acc to OS (installed) and branding only (ofcourse soreted by release date)
For eg
Title
Nokia lumia devices
WP7
specification table including all devices irrespective off generation(with remaining info from other section
WP8
specification table including all devices irrespective off generation(with remaining info from other section
WP8.1
specification table including all devices irrespective off generation(with remaining info from other section
Microsoft lumia devices
WP8.1
specification table including all devices irrespective off generation(with remaining info from other section
W10
- Please ask that again on the talk page of Microsoft Lumia as I A) do not own anything here, if you wonder about edits please go to the talk pages and not my page as I share this I.P. address with other people, though still feel free to ask me anything, B) I don't often edit the tables other than software updates (which I made due to the awkward wording of the previous firmware section), and C) I will copy this message from my personal page and re-post it to the Microsoft Lumia talk page so you can get a proper response.
- P.S. Collaboration is a better word in this context so I'll change it back, but feel free to state why it's "partnership" instead of "collaboration" because honestly I fail to see what's wrong with the wording, but your concise changes on the Microsoft Mobile page were very much welcome.

Nokia X OS is not a part of Windows Phone
I have undid your addition of the {{Windows Phone}} template to Nokia X platform as they are completely independent from each other. If you have any concerns, please don't hesitate to reply here . Thanks! <<< SOME GADGET GEEK >>> (talk)

"History of Updates" sandbox
Dear visitors as I lost the password to my account I'm going to use my talk page as a sandbox for the Xbox One version history and find accurate secondary and tertiary sources as per WP:NOTCHANGELOG so I can re-insert this back into the Xbox One system software article.
Example source [1]
In 2013 Microsoft pledged to add monthly updates to their new console.

RE:additions at Xbox One system software
Thank you, and your welcome. I don't know why some editors can't follow WP:NOTCHANGELOG; It's a quick two minute read. Kyle1278 (talk) 10:11, 29 March 2016 (UTC)
Regarding my Windows 10 BSOD update ... My "source" was that I encountered it myself - I recently had a spat of BSODs, and there was a barcode. Neowin also confirmed it. But my source for my Wiki entry was myself. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Jacob W. Klein (talk • contribs) 21:19, 11 April 2016 (UTC)
