Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions so far. I hope you like the place and decide to stay.

Here are some links to pages you may find useful:

You don't have to log in to read or edit articles on Wikipedia, but if you wish to acquire additional privileges, you can simply create a named account. It's free, requires no personal information, and lets you:

If you edit without using a named account, your IP address (73.96.83.16) is used to identify you instead.

I hope that you, as a new Wikipedian, decide to continue contributing to our project: an encyclopedia of human knowledge that anyone can edit. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, or you can click here to ask for help on your talk page, and a volunteer should respond shortly. Adult Swim Start Time

[edit]

For your information the start time for Adult Swim programming is 8:00pm Eastern/Pacific not 10:00pm, per the Adult Swim Schedule see - http://www.adultswim.com/videos/schedule/. YborCityJohn (talk) 22:39, 15 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Nick at Nite. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Repeated vandalism can result in the loss of editing privileges. Thank you. Digifan23 (talk) 22:44, 15 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.
Concur. You have been making a string of unexplained edits and not giving citations for your claims. They appear to be the same or similar edits that another IP recently made and which multiple editors reverted. Please read the Five Pillars of Wikipedia, which lay out basic verification policies and guidelines. In plain language, you can't just add anything you want — you have to back up claims with reliable sourcing. Please discontinue your edits until such verification can be provided. --Tenebrae (talk) 22:51, 15 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
That aforementioned editor is User:Tazlinc1. If you are a sock-puppet, that can lead admins to block your IP address from editing Wikipedia. --Tenebrae (talk) 23:01, 15 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at Turner Classic Movies. - FlightTime (open channel) 00:44, 16 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

And seeing as how you've continued to make disruptive edits and are now edit-warring to do so, I'm reporting this to admins. --Tenebrae (talk) 00:46, 16 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked temporarily from editing for abuse of editing privileges. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may request an unblock by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.

Anonymous users from this IP address have been blocked from editing for a period of 72 hours for persistently adding unsourced or poorly sourced content. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may request an unblock by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 03:24, 18 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
If this is a shared IP address and you are an uninvolved editor with a registered account, you may continue to edit by logging in.

July 2017

[edit]

Seeing as you're not hearing any of the warnings issued above and are now pursuing sockpuppetry to post this unneeded noise to articles, you have been reported to WP:AIV. Nate (chatter) 20:56, 3 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Cease with these edits, immediately. They're not going to be retained without at least one source (and 'because that's how I'm seeing it' doesn't count). Nate (chatter) 21:30, 3 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
This is your final warning on these edits. At this point, viewers of the SD feed are a low priority. Most providers just downscale the HD feed at their end. It varies by provider. We don't need this information, and it will be reverted on sight at this point. Nate (chatter) 22:58, 7 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

August 2017

[edit]

Two editors have now reverted the completely uncited and unexplained claims made at Freeform by you and a possible sock-puppet, 2601:1c2:5202:2ad7:2d9c:6141:a14a:f46a. If you continue to make claims without any reliable-source evidence to back up your claims, an admin will be asked to intervene. --Tenebrae (talk) 23:32, 20 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

You are now edit-warring at Freeform. With your apparent sock edit, you are at the cusp of violating WP:3RR. I can see that this is a problematic IP address that has been blocked at least twice before, and so this block will be longer than the 72 hours of the one prevoius. --Tenebrae (talk) 23:36, 20 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Now you are making the same unexplained, uncited claims at Starz. Contacting an admin. --Tenebrae (talk) 23:38, 20 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

October 2017

[edit]

Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did to Nicktoons (TV channel). This contravenes Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. As before Geraldo Perez (talk) 18:18, 1 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

May 2018

[edit]

Please stop making test edits to Wikipedia, as you did to Cartoon Network, Adult Swim and TNT (U.S. TV network). It is considered vandalism, which, under Wikipedia policy, can lead to being blocked from editing. If you would like to experiment again, please use the sandbox. --Bankster (talk) 21:26, 21 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not create, maintain or restore hoaxes on Wikipedia, as you did at TNT (American TV network). If you are interested in how accurate Wikipedia is, a more constructive test method would be to try to find inaccurate statements that are already in Wikipedia—and then to correct them if possible. Please do not disrupt Wikipedia. Continued disruption will be met with being blocked from editing, or other sanctions. Feel free to take a look at the five pillars of Wikipedia to learn more about this project and how you can contribute constructively. Thank you. Request reason:

anonblock: persistent vandalism from this IP

Decline reason:

I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that

  • the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
  • the block is no longer necessary because you
    1. understand what you have been blocked for,
    2. will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
    3. will make useful contributions instead.

Please read the guide to appealing blocks for more information. PhilKnight (talk) 18:39, 10 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
