Information icon Hello, I'm Kharkiv07. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Sonic Boom (TV series), but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Thanks for finding a legitimate confirmation of the MKX voice cast. Have you considered creating an account? sixtynine • speak up • 06:44, 15 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. Thank you for your contributions to the article. However, you are currently engaged in an edit war with other users. Please read my message at Talk:List_of_Tekken_characters#Edit_warring. Regards, Optakeover(Talk) 17:10, 2 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Your edits to Sonic Boom

[edit]

Hello - I have reverted your edits on Sonic Boom (TV series) because the content you are inserting is only partially contained in the source you are referencing and, even in that partial capacity, is to a post in a comments section, which fails WP:RS criteria. LavaBaron (talk) 18:25, 7 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not linking to a comments section; I'm linking to an official Sega blog post that VERY clearly has Metal Sonic appearing among the assets the post is showing off. That same source was used on this very same page months ago, back before we had comments suggesting Metal would not be appearing in the TV series. Obviously, that's not true anymore, as the episode has officially aired; do I have to provide the episode citation as well for this thing to be accepted? -- 68.37.227.226 (talk) 19:47, 7 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Accidental revert

[edit]

While reverting vandalism, I accidentally reverted your edit instead of the intended one. I apologize for the false warning and revert. I've reverted my revert. Thank you! --Seahorseruler (Talk Page) (Contribs) 01:45, 9 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Regarding BTVA

[edit]

Please note that Behind The Voice Actors can only be used as a reference when the role is confirmed using a green check-mark that points to snapshots of opening/closing credits or tweets/posts where the VA has verified the role. It cannot be used, as with Fullmetal Alchemist, when the role is generically listed, even when it might have a voice matching sample or "side-by-side". See WP:A&M/RS. As for Sonic, I have yet to see Kirk Thornton credited for any roles besides Orbot for Sonic Boom, which is on the website. If specific episodes list Kirk Thornton and his role in the series, then those can be posted as references with "cite episode". If he posts it on his resume or webpage, it is covered by the reference in the upper right corner of the table. AngusWOOF (barksniff) 16:07, 28 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Regarding this edit, you have restored a disputed edit apparently without having read Template:Infobox television. The template instructions say explicitly that |related= is to be used only for remakes, spin-offs, and adaptations. There is no indication from the source that you provided that this is a remake, spin-off, or an adaptation, only that (per you) it is "set in the same universe/timeline". There are no provisions in the template instructions for parallel series that occur in the same universe or timeline, therefore, you are misusing the parameter. You have a few options: 1) Seek consensus via discussion on the article's talk page. 2) Establish from a reliable source that the series is a spin-off of Transformers: Prime, since it's obviously not a remake or an adaptation. Thanks. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 03:45, 9 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

The source is executive producer Jeff Kline; there's a Q&A with him cited on the Rescue Bots page that confirms this. The two even refer to each others' events; for example, the 8th episode of Prime Season 2 has Optimus alluding to his exploration of a subterranean Energon deposit, which would later be illustrated in episodes 10 and 11 of Rescue Bots Season 2. Also, the Talk Archives for the TV Infobox seem to suggest that "sister series" like RB are fair game for "related". -- 68.37.227.226 (talk) 05:47, 9 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

List of Arrow characters reverts

[edit]

I've reverted your move of Charlotte Ross's character from Guest stars to Recurring again. Please don't revert it back. We don't usually make changed to the cast arrangement unless there is either a.) a change in the credit reel, or b.) a reference from the showrunners indicating a change in the cast lineup. Simply noting that something similar was done in the past isn't sufficient excuse. Additionally, you might want to check out WP:BRD. When you make an edit, and it is reverted, your first impulse to simply 'change it right on back' is one you should really work hard to stifle. It tends to ruffle a lot of feathers amongst the editorial body here in Wikipedia, and it accomplishes absolutely nothing except starting an edit war. As per BRD, when an edit you make is reverted, you need to go to the discussion page and point out why your edit is a good one, and the revert is faulty. And then - and this is the hard part - wait for a response from others. If you post and revert back again, a guarantee you it will not go your way, and you might end up subsequently blocked for edit-warring. Wikipedia works when people talk to each other. No one here is ever the smarted person editing the page, because every single person brings something different to the article. Talk, don't argue. - Jack Sebastian (talk) 05:57, 24 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
