Here are some other hints and tips:
- I recommend that you get a username. You do not have to log in to read or edit articles on Wikipedia, but creating an account is quick, free and non-intrusive, requires no personal information, and there are many benefits of having a username. (If you edit without a username, your IP address is used to identify you instead.)
- When using talk pages, please sign your name at the end of your messages by typing four tildes (~~~~). This will automatically produce your username (or IP address) and the date.
I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or type {{helpme}}
here on your talk page and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Again, welcome! — Anakimitalk 08:12, 8 July 2017 (UTC)

[edit]Wikipedia is not censored, and your rationale for removing pictures from articles is not appropriate and not sufficient. NewEnglandYankee (talk) 00:12, 1 June 2018 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, I'm Martin Urbanec. I wanted to let you know that I reverted one of your recent contributions —specifically this edit to Secularism in Bangladesh—because it did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the Help desk. Thanks. Martin Urbanec (talk) 14:59, 12 July 2020 (UTC)
- If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.
Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did with this edit to Muslim world, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear constructive and has been reverted. Please make use of the sandbox if you'd like to experiment with test edits. Thank you. Materialscientist (talk) 15:13, 12 July 2020 (UTC)
- Just a note, this user was in the process of moving some content from one section to another in a two-stage edit. They did not intend to blank the content, and the edit was constructive. An edit summary would have avoided the misunderstanding, please do use them in the future. --IamNotU (talk) 10:39, 21 July 2020 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, I'm Materialscientist. I noticed that in this edit to Blasphemy law in Bangladesh, you removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Materialscientist (talk) 12:59, 22 August 2020 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, 27.147.206.99. I noticed that your recent edit to Lady Justice added a link to an image on an external website or on your computer, or to a file name that does not exist on Wikipedia's server. For technical and policy reasons it is not possible to use images from external sources on Wikipedia. Most images you find on the internet are copyrighted and cannot be used on Wikipedia, or their use is subject to certain restrictions. If the image meets Wikipedia's image use policy, consider uploading it to Wikipedia yourself or request that someone else upload it. See the image tutorial to learn about wiki syntax used for images. Thank you. - Sumanuil (talk) 06:14, 14 October 2020 (UTC)
