Block evasion

@Sergecross73: Hi Serge. This user is block evading. They are the same editor I informed you about who edit warred and made ridiculous threats over the case of a letter on Un Verano Sin Ti using 72.191.200.95 and then registered Crybaby2222, which was indefinitely blocked. They have been pointed to MOS:THEBAND a dozen times and don't want to accept it because they think using a lower-case 't' for 'the' in a band's name mid-sentence is somehow "disrespectful" rather than just a Wikipedia guideline.
