Your recent edits
[edit]Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button or located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when they said it. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 07:40, 17 August 2012 (UTC)

Welcome to Wikipedia and thank you for your contributions. I am glad to see that you are discussing a topic. However, as a general rule, talk pages such as Talk:Time 100: The Most Important People of the Century are for discussion related to improving the article, not general discussion about the topic. If you have specific questions about certain topics, consider visiting our reference desk and asking them there instead of on article talk pages. Thank you. If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Prince From Another Planet requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article or image appears to be a clear copyright infringement. This article or image appears to be a direct copy from http://www.sony.com/SCA/company-news/press-releases/sony-music-entertainment/2012/elvis-presley-prince-from-another-planet-as-record.shtml. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website or image but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. —Anne Delong (talk) 18:40, 5 January 2014 (UTC)

[edit]Please do not add commentary, your own point of view, or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to Sony Interactive Entertainment. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. Thank you. General Ization Talk 19:55, 9 October 2022 (UTC)
- I don‘t recall leaving commentary. Could you please cite it?
- Also, the section I edited is factually wrong. Nothing in that section is relevant any longer, or at the very least accurate.
- Leaving that section as is invalidates the credibility of this platform as the section glorifies something that the company abandoned. Quality of games is subjective, however anyone who thinks Lizard Lady vs the Cats or Life of Black Tiger is not absolute proof of the validity of what I am saying needs to be investigated for ethical improprieties.
- I find it disturbing that instead of removing the alleged “commentary” you removed the entire edit. Did someone from Sony request this change?
- I would like to request that someone with contemporary knowledge on the section I edited either remove the section completely, or in very plain terms let it be known that this is no longer true or factual accept as an anecdote about how the company did things in the past. So more of a historical reference than anything.
- To leave that section as is is dishonest at the least and propaganda at the worst. 216.228.179.68 (talk) 19:58, 13 October 2022 (UTC)
