Only minor changes made since last submission. This needs a substantial rewrite, not just brief rewordings, to be encyclopedic. Feel free to ask me on my talk page for specific advice if you do intend to rewrite it, but I suggest just dropping it for now and working on other articles.

This is the fourth time now you have been told this reads like an essay not an encyclopedia article. Please take the note- re-write the article, and do not resubmit again without substantial changes.

You mentioned that people reviewing your draft of Leadership as Practice should look at other articles you've editied- specifically- Worker Self-Efficacy. I did. That article is a mess. Its as much an essay as the Leadership as Practice- needs a complete re-write. It also had huge chunks of copyvio- just because you cite a source, doesn't mean it can be directly copied from that source. You either have to use quotations marks (these should be sparing and occasional) or summarize content in your own words. So this article needs a complete work over- just like your draft. I would suggest you study the Wikipedia:Manual of Style before you re-submit the article. Its not that editors are biased against you- its that the first thing reviewers do is look at what changes have happened since the last review- if we see none- there is no point in reviewing it. Please listen when editors give you advice. Don't get mad- get better. Nightenbelle (talk) 15:00, 1 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
