Your edit to Margaret Sanger
[edit]
Your edit to Margaret Sanger misrepresented the source that you cited. What you wrote was In her 1939 letter to Dr. C.J. Gamble, she made perfectly clear she wanted to use white doctors, whom Black people trusted
What the letter actually said was:
"I note that you doubt it worthwhile to employ a full time Negro physician. It seems to me from my experience where I have been in North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, and Texas, that while the colored Negroes have great respect for white doctors, they can get closer to their own members and more or less lay their cards on the table which means their ignorance, superstitions, and doubts. They do not do this with the white people and if we can train the Negro doctor at the Clinic he can go among them with enthusiasm and with knowlege, which, I believe, will have far-reaching results among the colored people."
Please take more care when summarizing sources. Schazjmd (talk) 00:21, 27 April 2022 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, I'm Peaceray. Wikipedia is written by people who have a wide diversity of opinions, but we try hard to make sure articles have a neutral point of view. Your recent edit to Margaret Sanger seemed less than neutral and has been removed. If you think this was a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. The citation from The Society of Gilbert Keith Chesterton is not a reliable source due to its self-apparrent bias. Peaceray (talk) 05:24, 27 April 2022 (UTC)
Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Margaret Sanger, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make a test edit, please use the sandbox for that. Thank you. Peaceray (talk) 05:25, 27 April 2022 (UTC)
