Speedy deletion nomination of Flashmob DJs
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Flashmob DJs, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. NawlinWiki (talk) 19:17, 24 March 2014 (UTC)
- As you requested, I've moved the deleted text of the article to your userspace at User:1234Volume/Flashmob DJs. You need to get rid of the promotional language like "riding a tidal wave of success." See WP:NPOV for more guidance. NawlinWiki (talk) 21:17, 24 March 2014 (UTC)
- Thank you, I have removed the promotional language but am confused about how I get the page back to its original title of "Flashmob DJs" I dont have a move option.
- I have altered it even further now .

[edit]Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Felix da Housecat may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 "()"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.
- List of unpaired brackets remaining on the page:
- May 2010}}</ref> He gained fame not only via his [[sound recording and reproduction|recordings]] (under a number of aliases, including '''Mezcalateer''', '''Thee Maddkatt Courtship''', '''Aphrohead'

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, BracketBot (talk) 17:41, 25 March 2014 (UTC)
- I hope that has fixed the issue
- I input a bracket that was accidentally deleted in my edit. Thanks

[edit]Your article is now at Flashmob (musicians). Please do not move it to the Wikipedia name space - this space is for pages relating to the administration of Wikipedia itself. Nthep (talk) 14:56, 22 April 2014 (UTC)
The article Flashmob (musicians) has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted after seven days unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.
If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp/dated}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. SL93 (talk) 02:58, 12 November 2021 (UTC)
