Thanks for the ping. Sorry to disappoint but there's no way to unblock a single address within a range and I'm not willing to unblock the range. When I blocked it, there was little or no legitimate activity and dozens of accounts adding spam links, like a black-hat SEO firm. As a compromise, if you have no other way to connect to the Internet, I can create an account for you and exempt the account from this block.
