Information icon Hello, I'm DoubleGrazing. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Mumbai Mirror, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. DoubleGrazing (talk) 08:25, 20 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

Information icon Please do not add or change content, as you did at Mumbai Mirror, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. DoubleGrazing (talk) 10:56, 20 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Further to this, just to explain that whether you're an "ex-Times employee" or whether somebody from the newspaper asked you to make that edit doesn't matter, the reason why your edit was reverted is that you didn't provide a reference to support it. Feel free to add back the content, but only when supported by a credible published source.
PS: If you really do have an external connection with the publication in question, you should probably not edit this article in any case, as you may have a conflict of interest, see WP:COI. Thank you, --DoubleGrazing (talk) 11:13, 20 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
