Hi, ༆, and welcome to Wikipedia! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:

Please remember to sign your messages on talk pages by typing four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question on this page and then place {{help me}} before the question.

However, there is a small issue with your username. As it is in a non-Latin alphabet script it may not display correctly for many other users. Although usernames like yours are not prohibited, Wikipedia's signature guideline and username policy encourage you, as a courtesy to other users, to alter your signature so that it also includes a translation of your username using Latin characters, so others can see it correctly. For the how-to of tailoring your username, please see WP:CUSTOMSIG.

Thanks, and feel free to message me about anything.

It's this. Δρ.Κ. λόγοςπράξις 05:37, 20 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Correct. ༆ (talk) 05:53, 20 January 2014 (UTC)
Thanks Dr. K and '༆', the 'Yig mgo' character. How am I supposed to type that in on an 'English' keyboard? :-0 220 of Borg 10:44, 20 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
A keyboard-free solution is copying and pasting the character. At worst we can spell it out by its English term. Δρ.Κ. λόγοςπράξις 22:25, 20 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

You are right

[edit]

Sorry but i researched about the war and you were right it was a stragetic victory of the british. But there a group of indians who are changing afghani history at wikipedia with no references and sources, and i don't like that. that's why i was mad, they wanted to make me mad.

but sorry again. Feysalafghan (talk) 18:57, 3 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited North Vietnam, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page 17th parallel (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Information icon Hello, I'm Masssly. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, it's important to be mindful of the feelings of your fellow editors, who may be frustrated by certain types of interaction, such as your addition to Religion in Vietnam. While you probably didn't intend any offense, please do remember that Wikipedia strives to be an inclusive atmosphere. In light of that, it would be greatly appreciated if you could moderate yourself so as not to offend. I am specifically referring to your edit summary here. Thank you.Sadat (Masssly)TCM 07:28, 14 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add or change content, as you did to Religion in Morocco, without verifying it by citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. —Sadat (Masssly)TCM 08:03, 14 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the message. This looks to me like a Chinese-perspective fork from Third Chinese domination of Vietnam however, I think you should raise it at the WikiProject Vietnam noticeboard to get wider input. Cheers. In ictu oculi (talk) 00:09, 5 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Can you move the template back to the agreed name for the article of Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant as the name you are using was rejected for the article. Thanks. Here is the diff I'd appreciate you self reverting https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Template%3AHistory_of_the_Islamic_State_%28caliphate%29&diff=630615480&oldid=630615458 Legacypac (talk) 09:08, 23 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Template:History of Vietnam

[edit]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Template:History of Vietnam. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Please be particularly aware that Wikipedia's policy on edit warring states:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made.
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. Frietjes (talk) 17:32, 30 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

More1001

[edit]

Hello. I just wanted to inform you that editor More1001 appears to be continuing with his removing of referenced, stable content and adding unreferenced data to the articles about Afghan history, as well as to other articles on Wikipedia (as his user contribution shows - [1]). I informed him it would be really appreciated if he stop with such behavior, but I don't know whether he'll listen to that. --Sundostund (talk) 14:47, 17 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah, I know what you mean. Unfortunately, we have many people on this project who, guided by their nationalistic views, are trying to wage a "crusade" in order to push in their POV edits... Its plain stupid, and essentially waste of (their) time. The Afghans defeated the British in all 3 wars? Yeah, right. As you said, They won some RANDOM battles, not the war as a whole. Anyway, just look at his user contribution if he starts all over again. Cheers! --Sundostund (talk) 21:44, 17 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Alright NeilN. I will follow the rules and not edit war. Pbfreespace3 (talk) 23:56, 20 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Edit-Warring on First Anglo-Afghan War

[edit]
Stop icon

Your recent editing history at First Anglo-Afghan War shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you get reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.
