• Making meaning through dialogue

• Cognitive bias mitigation via encouraging proper phrasing

• Re-negotiating a pre-existing dispute and aiding consensus-building by facilitating NPOV

• Mediate where possible by identifying common ground, attempt to draw editors together rather than push them apart.

• Encouraging calm and civil behaviour during consensus building

• Balancing between verifiability and notability of content/citation now Vs whats the hurry attitude

• Learning Wikipedia policies and guidelines as quickly, correctly and as many as possible

• Watching users involved in behaviours described in WP:OWN and WP:GAME

• Faithful representation of facts in India related topics.

• Discouraging edit wars
